Datavant operates at the center of healthcare data—connecting, normalizing, and activating information across systems that don’t naturally speak to each other. As AI became table stakes across the category, saying “powered by AI” stopped carrying weight. The real question became: what is it actually doing?

Early Explorations

The Brief

Datavant needed a set of visual assets for RISE that could stand out in a crowded environment and quickly communicate how its platform works—without relying on traditional explainer formats or long-form narrative.
  • 1x 30–45 second looping booth animation built for continuous playback
  • Visual narrative development translating platform functionality into a turbine/engine system
  • Strategic messaging support to clarify and simplify complex AI-driven workflows
  • Motion design system adaptable across multiple screen formats and environments
  • 2x escalator screen animations for high-traffic entry/exit points
  • Large-format LED screen content for main hall visibility
  • Environmental background visuals and supporting brand assets
  • Social graphic and event promotion assets for offsite activation
  • Exploration of scalable visual system for future explainer and product storytelling applications
